Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport has free help desk facility at the International
arrival and departure area of respected passengers which is very helpful for respected
passengers. Passengers often face various problems due to not getting correct
information. To address this issue, two help desks have been set up in the
international arrival area and three help desks in the departure area. The help
desks provide various information and directions to passengers and are open 24
hours a day, 7 days a week.
