Shuttle bus service has been launched at the airport to avoid  inconvenience to
passengers returning from abroad

Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) has initially started two shuttle bus services, considering the respected passengers returning from abroad. This service will make the journey of the esteemed passengers easier, more comfortable and reduce the inconvenience of the journey. The shuttle bus service was inaugurated on Wednesday, 26 June, 2024. This shuttle bus service has been introduced at the airport to facilitate the transportation of expatriates, remittance fighters, domestic and foreign tourists and distinguished passengers to and from the airport. For the convenience of esteemed passengers, Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport operates two shuttle bus services to and from the airport to the nearest bus and railway station and from the bus/railway station to the airport. This initiative will make journey of the respected passengers easier, comfortable and hassle free. The fully air-conditioned shuttle bus has ample luggage storage facilities for passengers, adequate security measures, free Wifi and special boarding and alighting facilities for senior citizens and persons with special needs. The fare for using the shuttle bus service is Tk 20 per person and Tk 50 per person with extra luggage.
