Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport Health Office consists of trained doctors, senior staff nurses, sanitary inspectors and medical technologists. BCS (Health) Service Officers appointed by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Bangladesh are ensuring health services 24/7 to esteemed passengers and members of various organizations working at the airport.

Airport Health Department is located on the south side of Terminal-2 of the airport. They provide following services:

a. Provides first aid to respected passengers and staff.

b. Provides emergency medical care to passengers and staff.

c. Provides fit/unfit certificates to respected passengers.

d. Recommends emergency patients for ambulance.

e. Conducts health screening to prevent spread of contagious diseases.
